Jennifer Sears, Owner/ Executive Director
Jennifer graduated from The Institute for Early Childhood Education and Developmental Services with her ECE Dipolma in 1997. Jennifer graduated with the Advanced Practioner Program in August 2023. Jennifer worked as a nanny in Halifax for 3 years before moving back to the Barrington area. Prior to opening the agency, Jennifer cared for children in her home for 10 years. Jennifer lives in Stoney Island with her husband Troy and children Isabella, Rylee and Keigan.
Krista Krafve, Assistant Director
Krista graduated from NSCC Burridge with her ECE Diploma in 2010 . Krista is also an educator at the ERMES Child Care Program with the after school children. Krista lives in Bear Point with her husband Frank and daughter Allison. Krista recently finished the Early Childhood Administrators Program.
Bethany Simpson, Home Consultant
Bethany graduated from NSCC Burridge with her ECE Diploma in 2015. Bethany had her own preschool in her home prior to having her 3 sons. Bethany lives in South Side with her husband Matt and three sons, Layne, Gunnar and Benjamin.
Bethany enjoys the fall and going deer, goose and duck hunting.
Alison Vassallo. Home Consultant
Alison was a previous family home provider with the agency. Ally taught in the Pre Primary program for 6 years. Ally has a BA from MSVU in Bedford and her ECE diploma from NSCC in 2021. Alison lives in Digby with her husband Andrew and children Gabriel and Elianna. Alison's family is a welcoming home for exchange students.
